MiHoYo has a global presence in countries and regions such as the US, Canada, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea. The company has about 8,000 employees and its 2024 revenue exceeds 3 billion dollars.
Background
Due to the lack of suitable software on the market, the company has been developing independent applications to meet its most basic business needs. Starting in 2023, the company decided to develop a unified platform called Neone to manage its financial operations.

Current Stage
Company Goal
Develop a unified financial platform
Meet the company's internal control compliance requirements
Gradually standardize each business line of the company through the system
Ensure that operational data is complete, accurate, and real-time
My Role
Led a team of 6 designers, partnered with finance, product, and engineering teams to build the platform company-wide.
Created concrete and actionable UX strategies that are tailored to the company's main business (e.g. Game Development, Publishing, Marketing Operation, Intellectual Property, Merchandise).
Worked with the finance team to look beyond their requests to discover the real user needs, and proactively identify areas of the product that need improvement, translating them into clear and scalable UX architecture and patterns.
Mentored other designers to grow by providing feedback and guidance, taught them new skills and led them to reach career goals.
